<b>LAS VEGAS</b> – Baylor men's basketball team (4-0) is set for its first ranked matchup of the season against 14/15 St. John's (3-2) on Tuesday at 3:30 pm CT at Michelob ULTRA Arena in its second game of the Players Era Tournament. <br>

<div style="font-family: Aptos, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Baylor is coming off an 81-74 win over Creighton, where the Bears outrebounded the Bluejays 45-28, including a 22-7 offensive board clip. With the assistance on the glass, the Bears
made 27 points from second-chance opportunities, the most second-chance points since Baylor played at Oklahoma in 2023.<br>

<b>GAME NOTES</b><br>
• Baylor continues the Players Era Tournament with Game 2 against 14/15 St. John’s on Tuesday at 3:30 pm CT on truTV.<br>
• This meeting will be the third between Scott Drew and Rick Pitino, with Drew and the Bears beating St. John’s in a thriller last season, 99-98 in double OT in the Continental Tire Baha Mar Hoops Bahamas Championship in Nassau, Bahamas.<br>
• The prior matchup between the two was against Pitino’s Louisville Cardinals in the 2016 Battle 4 Atlantis Championship game with a BU win, 66-63.<br>
• Two of the winningest families in College basketball history, The Drew’s (Scott, Bryce and Homer)entered the 2025-26 season having combined for 1,408 wins as a family, which trails only the Iba family for most wins by a father-son combination (1,632). Rick
and Richard Pitino rank fifth with 1,009 career wins between the two of them.<br>
• The Drew’s and Pitino’s are the only coaching families among the top-8 that are still active.<br>
• Baylor is 44-14 in regular-season tournaments during the Drew era, including titles in 4 of the last 6 tournaments.<br>
• BU is 31-6 in its 12 regular-season tournaments since 2013-14.<br>
• Baylor has won seven regular-season tournament titles under Drew the most recent being the 2023 NIT Season Tip-Off.<br>
• Tuesday’s matchup will be Baylor’s first ranked matchup of the season. BU is 35-26 against ranked teams over the last five seasons, including a 18-20 mark away from home.<br>
• Baylor is 15-4 against the Big East during the Drew era.<br>
• Cameron Carr leads BU averaging 23.0 points per game, ranking 10th in the nation and fourth in the conference.<br>
• The Baylor offense has been sharing the wealth with at least four Bears scoring in double figures in all four games.<br>
• Baylor’s 35 wins against ranked opponents over the last six seasons are the third-most in the nation.<br>
• BU is one of three high-major programs, including Miami and Memphis, with zero returning players.</div>
