</b>Six Baylor football standouts have earned midseason recognition from Dave Campbell’s Texas Football, as announced Tuesday by the publication.</span></p>

Offensive MVP and was joined on the All-Texas First Team by seniors Omar Aigbedion (OG) and Michael Trigg (TE). </span></p>

leading passer in the country with 2,058 passing yards and 19 touchdowns through six games in 2025. He is averaging 343.0 passing yards per game and leads the nation with 122 points responsible for. The Lubbock native has thrown for at least two touchdowns
in every game this season and has surpassed 250 yards through the air in five of BU’s six contests. </span></p>

five games to start the 2025 campaign, a streak that tied for the third-longest to begin a season by a Big 12 quarterback all-time. Robertson’s streak of five-straight games with at least three passing TDs was the longest by a Big 12 QB at any point in a season
since Kyler Murray in 2018. Roberston is the first Baylor quarterback to have at least two 4+ touchdown games in back-to-back seasons since Seth Russell (2015-16).</span></p>

on the offensive line as the Bears’ primary starter at right guard. He has started five of BU’s six games this year and logged at least a 72.1 offensive grade four times in 2025, per ProFootballFocus. Aigbedion posted an impressive 86.0 pass block rating in
Baylor’s Week Three win against Samford and has committed just two penalties on the year. He has yet to allow a sack through the midway point of the 2025 campaign.</span></p>

nation, leading all players at his position with 439 receiving yards. He has caught 29 passes and hauled in four touchdowns, both marks counting for second on the team. Trigg recorded a career-day in BU’s Week Six win over Kansas State, going for a personal-best
eight receptions and 155 yards, the most by a tight end in Baylor single-game history.</span></p>

season, ranking third among the green and gold and tied for 12<sup>th</sup> nationally. He has 32 catches for 456 yards so far this season, a mark which ranks fourth in the Big 12. Cameron had a standout Week Two performance at SMU where he brought down nine
receptions for 151 yards and two touchdowns, earning him Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award honorable mention honors.</span></p>

linebackers in the nation, ranking second in the Big 12 and 20<sup>th</sup> nationally with 55 total tackles, 30 of which have been solo stops. The Jacksonville, Fla., native has added 2.5 tackles for loss on the year and has made at least five tackles in
all six games so far this year. Thomas has produced three double-digit tackle outputs in 2025, giving him seven for his career.</span></p>

this season as one of the most productive running backs in the state. He ranks fourth in the Big 12 in rushing yards and fifth in the league in rushing TDs. Washington posted three-straight 100+-yard efforts in Baylor’s games against SMU, Samford and Arizona
State and earned Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award honorable mention praise after his 135-yard, two-TD performance against Samford. </span></p>
