striking out 11. Redshirt senior right-hander Cole Stasio led the way out of the bullpen after redshirt sophomore southpaw Caleb Jameson’s solid start, tying a career best with four punchouts. Junior righty Grayson Murry also shined in relief, fanning a career-high
three batters in a scoreless frames.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

to kickstart the Bears in the second; both advanced into scoring position thanks to an HCU throwing error. Senior outfielder Ty Johnson drove Sanders in on a sacrifice bunt to give the Bears an early 1-0 lead.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

getting an inning-ending groundout and starting the fourth with back-to-back punchouts, Stasio gave up a game-tying solo home run, but bounced right back to strikeout another to end the frame.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
