</span></b><span style="color:#242424">Ryan McGuyre has picked up Bailey Warren for the 2025 roster, announced Wednesday.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424">“Bailey Warren is a skilled and powerful athlete that can excel in all aspects of the game,” said McGuyre. “She is extremely driven to compete and achieve with an intense
desire to learn and improve. A true six-rotation OH, she has a powerful arm, incredible jump, and is extremely quick. Her versatility will allow her to attack from all over the court, front row and back, and her reading ability and swiftness makes her a great
defender. Bailey is articulate with a high volleyball IQ and a genuine servant leader.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424">A top prospect out of Texas in her class, she was a four-year varsity letterwinner at Fulshear High School, helping the Chargers as one of the state’s top programs.
FHS finished as a state finalist in Warren’s junior campaign in 2023, coming in third, where she tipped the scale with her 1,000<sup>th</sup> career kill. Her sophomore season saw the Chargers finish second in the state in 2022. The outside hitter came in
as the No. 13 regional player in the PrepVolleyball rankings as well as the No. 21 player in the IMG Academy Top 150. She finished her high school career with over 2,000 kills (2,158) and holds the record for most kills in a match with 30. She also served
up 180 aces, put up 101 blocks and dug 1,161 balls.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424">The 5-foot-10 Houston native is a three-time all-state selection (2022, ’23, ‘24), a three-time District 20-5A MVP (2022, ’23, ‘24) and the 2021 District 24-5A Newcomer
of the Year. In addition, she was named to the 2024 USA Junior Volleyball All-Tournament Team and was tabbed as a 2024 AVCA High School All-American Honorable Mention Team member for Region 4.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424">Warren played club volleyball for Houston Skyline 18 Royal under coach Brenden Kowalski in Houston. There, she earned the Best Offensive Player award four times, was
named to the 15 Open All-Tournament Team, 17 Open All-Tournament Team and earned a spot at the Under Armour Invite three times. Her squad finished fifth at nationals in 2022, and second in the nation in 2024.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424">Warren plans to study business at Baylor and graduated as a four-time member of the All-Academic Team while doing community service through Attack Poverty.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:#242424">Bailey is the younger sister of Baylor rising junior outside hitter Brielle Warren, who just finished her first season with the Bears. BU is no stranger to having sisters
on the squad, as Elise and Kara McGhee played together for two seasons in 2021 and 2022.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
