Q-Series on Wednesday at Magnolia Grove Golf Club, earning playing privileges on the LPGA Tour for the 2024 season.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:white"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:white">Described as being on the “Mount Rushmore” of Baylor women’s golf by her former head coach Jay Goble, Kaur is the first player in program history to earn status on the world’s top ladies-professional
tour. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:white"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:white">“This was only a matter of time for Gurleen,” Goble said. “She is obviously a fantastic player that did so much to help take our program to new heights while she was in Waco, so to see her earn
her place on tour for next year is just the next step in her career progression. We are so proud of Gurleen and can’t wait to watch her compete on the LPGA Tour next year.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:white">On the strength of a bogey-free final round, Kaur finished with a 20-under 410 across six grueling rounds in Alabama, finishing in the top-20 in a field of 104 in the Q-Series finals. By virtue
of her finish, she earned category 14 status for the upcoming season. Players who finished in position Nos. 21-45 earned category 15 status. There are up to 20 categories that could comprise a typical LPGA Tour field.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:white">The former Bear has competed in four LPGA Tour events in her career, twice making the cut. Prior to making the weekend at the Shoprite LPGA Classic this summer, Kaur made the cut at the 2021 US
Women’s Open at Olympic Club prior to her senior season at Baylor.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
