View A&M at Baylor Ballpark on Wednesday night. The Bears (12-4) have now won 10-straight games following their victory over the Panthers (2-11).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">The Bears struck first in the first inning with after second-year freshman Jared McKenzie was hit by a pitch and newcomer Jack Pineda doubled to set up runners on second and third.
In the next at-bat, second-year freshman Tre Richardson singled to the shortstop to put BU up 1-0.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">The Panthers managed to put a run on the board in the second inning, but the Bears responded with two runs in the home half of the frame. The rally was started off with an RBI-double
by McKenzie, followed by a two run-RBI single from Pineda to make the Baylor lead 4-1.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">In the fourth, second-year freshman Kyle Nevin got things going with a double followed by Chase Wehsener’s RBI-single pushing the edge to 5-1. The Panthers scratched across a run
in the fifth cut their deficit back to three.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">The Bears had an eventful sixth inning, with six-consecutive singles to score three more runs. The scoring finished with an RBI-groundout and sacrifice fly to make it 10-2 in favor
of BU.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">BU continued to pour it on in the seventh with a leadoff single by Nevin followed by an RBI-double from McKenzie making it 11-2. The game was ended by a wild pitch that scored McKenzie
from third and gave the Bears the 10-run lead after seven innings.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">True freshman Zac Childers (1-0) earned his first win of his career with two innings of scoreless baseball. Prairie View A&M’s Roberto Maldonado (0-2) was tabbed with the loss. BU
starter Cam Caley hurled two innings, while true freshman Drew Leach threw one and second-year freshman Will Rigney threw two scoreless innings to close things out.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
