its external affairs unit in advance of the 2019-20 academic year.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Times;color:black;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">This roughly six-month process, led by Assistant Vice President of Athletics, Jeramiah Dickey, was intended to simplify external efforts and identify
the necessary elements required to operate at an elite level across external teams.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

existing talent within the department,” said Dickey. “With an emphasis on data tracking and analysis, we’re now positioned to reenergize our marketing efforts – which will bring greater strategy and synergy to all other areas of external.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>

will oversee all aspects of the department's external operations, which include, Resource Development, Strategic Marketing and Fan Engagement, Branding and Creative Services, Athletic Communications and BaylorVision.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span>Joining Baylor Athletics in 2015, Scrivano previously served as Assistant Athletics Director for Resource Development Communications and Director of Strategic Messaging. Scrivano will lead the teams responsible for strategic marketing campaigns, fan

for Resource Development. In this expanded role, he will oversee the department annual fund, the Baylor Bear Foundation, ticket sales and ticket operations.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Keane will manage the day-to-day operations of the Bear Foundation, the primary fundraising organization for Baylor Athletics, where she previously served as Director of Donor Relations.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
