</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Baylor men’s basketball has signed a pair of highly-regarded transfers, head coach Scott Drew announced on Wednesday. Former UNLV forward Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua and former Presbyterian
guard Adam Flagler both signed Financial Aid Contracts and will join the Bears this summer.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Flagler and Tchamwa Tchatchoua (pronounced CHAWM-wuh CHAT-chew-wuh) both played as freshmen during the 2018-19 season. They will sit out the 2019-20 season to satisfy NCAA transfer
requirements and will have three years of eligibility remaining when they debut as redshirt sophomores in 2020-21.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Flagler, a 6-foot-3, 170-pound guard, started all 36 games for Presbyterian and was named Big South Conference Freshman of the Year after leading the Blue Hose in scoring with
15.9 points per game. He shot .385 from 3-point range (108-of-280), and his 108 made 3-pointers ranked 23<sup>rd</sup> nationally.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tchamwa Tchatchoua, a 6-foot-8, 230-pound forward, played in 31 games and made 11 starts as a freshman at UNLV in 2018-19. He averaged 3.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 0.7 blocks
in 13.3 minutes per game.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Some of Flagler’s best games came against the toughest opponents on Presbyterian’s schedule. He had back-to-back 20-point games at Marquette and at UCLA in November, posting
20 points at Marquette and a season-high 29 points at UCLA, and he added a 20-point effort at Dayton in December. In six Kenpom.com tier A+B games, Flagler averaged 17.5 points per game.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">A Douala, Cameroon, native, Tchamwa Tchatchoua played his prep basketball at the NBA Global Academy in Australia, an elite basketball training center which serves as the NBA’s
hub for top prospects from outside the U.S. He also participated in three Basketball Without Borders camps prior to enrolling at UNLV as part of the 2018 signing class.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tchamwa Tchatchoua helped UNLV to a 17-14 record while playing in all 31 of the Rebels’ games in 2018-19. He came off the bench in his first eight games before joining the starting
lineup for an 11-game stretch. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In his 11 games as a starter, Tchamwa Tchatchoua averaged 5.3 points and 6.3 rebounds in 21.5 minutes per contest. He posted his career-first double-double with 13 points and
12 rebounds in just 16 minutes, going 9-of-10 at the free throw line and grabbing eight offensive rebounds against Colorado State on Jan. 2, 2019.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tchamwa Tchatchoua led UNLV with a 14.9 offensive rebound percentage and ranked second on the team with a 5.3 blocked shot percentage. He converted on nearly 50 percent of his
2-point field goal attempts (38-of-77) and shot .682 from the free-throw line (30-of-44).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
