<p class="MsoBodyText" align="left" style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Baylor (-6) trails only Alabama (-12) and Texas (-12). The Bears lead Florida State (-2), Clemson (+2), Texas A&M (+2), Oregon (+3), Wisconsin (+3), Oklahoma (+5), Mississippi
State (+6), Notre Dame (+7), Miami (+7), UNC Wilmington (+8), New Mexico (+19) and Texas State (+22).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" align="left" style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">BU began from the 10<sup>th</sup> tee and got off to a strong start at 5-under midway through the round. The Bears’ four counting scores were a combined even-par through
the first five holes, but those players combined for eight birdies over the next four holes to take the turn at 5-under. BU made only four birdies during the second half of the round, but the Bears consistently made pars and had just three bogeys coming in
to finish the day 6-under.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" align="left" style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Maria Vesga leads the Bears with a 3-under-par 68, which has her tied for eighth place individually and two shots back of the lead in the 81-player field. Vesga was 1-over
through her first five holes, then made three consecutive birdies on Nos. 15-17 and sank another birdie on No. 2 along with pars the rest of the way.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

made four birdies and 13 pars. Gurleen Kaur is tied for 16<sup>th</sup> place at 1-under 70 following a round with 13 pars, three birdies and two bogeys, and Diane Bailllieux is tied for 22<sup>nd</sup> place at even-par 71.
