Game notes:

• Baylor looks to bounce back as it continues its road trip at Cincinnati, with tipoff set for 5:30 p.m. CT on ESPN+ and the Baylor Sports Media Network.

• The Bears and Bearcats meet for the fifth time in the all-time series, with Baylor winning every contest after the first in 1982, when Cincinnati won in the 1982 WNIT.

• Ranked No. 1 nationally in 3-point defense, the Bears have held opponents to 22.9% shooting from beyond the arc this season, including 21.8% in Big 12 play.

• At 19-4 overall, Baylor is ranked No. 15 in both the AP Top 25 poll and the USA TODAY Coaches Poll, its 20th straight appearance in the AP poll and 361st over the past 20 seasons, the second most in that span behind UConn.

• BU is hunting its 14th Big 12 regular-season title, tied for the league lead with TCU at 8-2 through 10 games, with five more teams two or fewer games back.

• Through games on Feb. 2, Baylor is ranked No. 26 in the NET.

• The Bears are 3-3 against Quadrant 1 opponents, with BU’s top win coming against Duke in Paris to open the season.

• Baylor is 5-1 this season in true road games, taking a non-conference win at UNLV before league victories at Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Utah and BYU.

• BU has won 16 of its last 19 road tests dating back to the 2023-24 campaign.

• Baylor suffered its first setback in a true road game this season, dropping a league contest to West Virginia 70-60 on Sunday afternoon.

• The Mountaineers forced 30 BU turnovers and converted them into 38 points. Forty‑five percent (27 points) of Baylor’s 60 points came at the free-throw line.

• Darianna Littlepage-Buggs had a team-high eight rebounds and Taliah Scott led BU with 18 points.
