MEDIA ADVISORY: Baylor Basketball at the Foster Pavilion in 2025-26

Please see below pertinent information to know before covering a Baylor men’s and women’s basketball game at Foster Pavilion this season. Please read this in its entirety.

Baylor Athletics Communications staff, led by men’s basketball contact Josie Hutton, and women’s basketball contact Colin Pirtle, are pleased to serve you in 2025-26.

CREDENTIALS
Submit single-game credential requests for Baylor men’s and women’s basketball games via this link: BaylorBears.com/credentials<https://baylorbears.com/sports/2021/8/4/credentials>.

MEDIA WILL CALL
Media picking up credentials may do so starting two hours prior to tip-off at the Foster Pavilion loading dock entrance, right off I-35.

MEDIA PARKING
Approved media may park in reserved parking spaces at the Hurd Welcome Center. There will be a shuttle service from the Hurd Welcome Center to the loading dock of the Foster Pavilion for credentialed media. The shuttle will run two hours before tip-off and two hours following the game. Police presence along the walking pathway to the Hurd Welcome Center, including under the I35 bridge, will run approximately one hour before tip-off and will conclude 30 minutes following the final horn. Please remain alert to traffic and your environment during the walk to and from the Foster Pavilion.

PHOTOGRAPHERS
Baseline spots are assigned on either end of the Mark & Paula Hurd Floor at the Foster Pavilion. Photographers are to only shoot from their assigned spots. Any deviation from those assignments could result in the revocation of credentials. Also note, photographers must remain seated during the game – not on their knees – and must remain inside their assigned photo box on the baseline.

POST-GAME PRESS CONFERENCE
Baylor and select visiting teams will hold a post-game press conference following a brief cool-down period in the Foster Pavilion Media Room. The press conference will feature Baylor’s head coaches Nicki Collen or Scott Drew, and select student-athletes, as well as potential visiting team representatives. The Baylor locker room is closed to media during the regular season.

MEDIA WORK ROOM
The Lawrence and Mary Ann Kokernot Lacy Media Interview Room inside Foster Pavilion opens two hours before tipoff and closes two hours after the final buzzer. Meals will be available starting 60 minutes before game time and will conclude at tipoff. Media credentials are required for entry to the media center and for meal service. Game notes, statistics and flip cards will be available to credentialed media before the game, with final box scores distributed afterward. Postgame notes, press conference recordings, almanacs and additional materials will be available digitally via Box (MBB<https://baylor.app.box.com/folder/332720174155?s=n04gkcpc248tz936p9syxgzq3eeuvxov> and WBB<https://baylor.box.com/s/fsyl99ovzoohx0lo97s0wlukcv76i1qa>). In addition, photographers are encouraged to work from the photo work room, located off the loading dock at Foster Pavilion.

LIVE STATS
Media may follow the live stats throughout the games through BaylorBears.com/Stats<https://www.statbroadcast.com/events/statmonitr.php?gid=bay>. No stat monitors will be provided and printed documents and stats will be limited.

MEDIA SEATING
Baylor provides press-box assigned seating located at the top of section 114 off the concourse level. To access this space, take the steps or the elevator in the back of house adjacent to the media room, or the stands beside the home team bench. Reminder that no cheering is permitted in this space as it is for working journalists only. Failure to observe professional conduct will result in the revocation of future credential access.

INTERNET ACCESS
Free wireless internet is available at Foster Pavilion by using the PAVILION network.
