Please see below media information for the Waco first and second rounds of the 2025 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, hosted by Baylor at Foster Pavilion. Vital information is included below so please read carefully. Reminder, we need your credential requests made by 4 p.m. CT tomorrow.
SCHEDULES
Thursday – Practice/Press Conferences
Baylor:
* 10:45 a.m. – Student-Athlete Press Conference
* 10:45 a.m. – Locker Room open to media
* 11:05 a.m. – Coach Nicki Collen Press Conference
* 11:30 a.m. – First 15 minutes of practice open to media
Ole Miss:
* 12:25 p.m. – Student Athlete Press Conference
* 12:25 p.m. – Locker Room open to media
* 12:45 p.m. – Coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin Press Conference
* 1:10 p.m. – First 15 minutes of practice open to media
Grand Canyon:
* 2:05 p.m. – Student-Athlete Press Conference
* 2:05 p.m. – Locker Room open to media
* 2:25 p.m. – Coach Molly Miller Press Conference
* 2:50 p.m. – First 15 minutes of practice open to media
Ball State:
* 3:45 p.m. – Student-Athlete Press Conference
* 3:45 p.m. – Locker Room open to media
* 4:05 p.m. – Coach Brady Sallee Press Conference
* 4:05 p.m. – First 15 minutes of practice open to media
Friday
* 2:30 p.m. – Grand Canyon vs. Baylor – ESPNU
* 5 p.m. – Ball State vs. Ole Miss - ESPNU
Saturday Press Conference Schedule:
* 1:25 p.m. – Game 1 Winner Student-Athlete Press Conference
* 1:25 p.m. – Game 1 Winner Locker Room open to media
* 1:45 p.m. – Game 1 Winner Coach Press Conference
* 2:15 p.m. – Game 2 Winner Student-Athlete Press Conference
* 2:15 p.m. – Game 2 Winner Locker Room open to media

Sunday

Credential Requests:
https://secure.sportssystems.com/events2/credapp.cfm. Deadline for requests is 4 p.m. CT on Tuesday and no applications are taken after that time.
Media Will Call
Media Will call will be open during the practice/press conference day, prior to the tournament, from 8:30 am - 4 pm. Media are encouraged to pick up their parking passes on Thursday. Media Will Call will be open three hours prior to the first game of the day and close 30 minutes into the second game. Media Will Call will be located at the premium ticket entrance.
Media Will Call Hours
* Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
* Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
* Saturday: 12 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
* Sunday: 3 hours prior to tip-off (TBD)
Media Parking
Reserved media parking is available at the Foster Pavilion Parking Garage. Show your physical parking pass to the attendant and proceed to the saved parking spots at the top of the garage. Those approved for parking will be sent further information.
Media Seating
All media seating is reserved. Media seating is located on the court, across from the team benches, and in the press box space in section 114. Please review the media charts available throughout the media workroom.
Media Work Room
Media work rooms will be available to all media in three spaces, the traditional Media Room of the Foster Pavilion, the premium club space in the Foster Pavilion main entrance and the traditional photo work room near the loading dock. Electricity and access to the Internet will be available. Media guides, notes, quotes, box scores, etc., can be found in the media work room.
Postgame News Conference Area
All coaches and student-athletes will be available for interviews following a 10-minute cooling off period. The postgame news conference will take place in the Foster Pavilion media room. There will be signage directing you to this location. The advancing team and at least two student-athletes (but no more than three student-athletes) will report to the interview room after the cooling off period ends, followed by the non-advancing team.
Per NCAA policies, locker rooms are available for interviews, following a 10-minute cooling off period. For additional interview requests, please notify a

Photographers
Still photographers will be allowed to shoot in the baselines at the Foster Pavilion. Photographers may also shoot from the fan common areas. Photographers are NOT allowed on the playing surface, in front of any media table or in/around/behind the bench areas. Spaces will be assigned along the baselines. Photographers will need to work from the media work room once they are done shooting. It is a requirement that all photographers sit while shooting in-game photos along the baseline.
Media Meals
Media meals will be provided each day in the Foster Pavilion premium club space. A credential is required to access this area.
