No. 9 Baylor EQ Faces South Dakota State and Minnesota-Crookston to Conclude Regular Season
Bears have a 7-0 record vs. the Jackrabbits and a 1-0 record vs. the Golden Eagles

BROOKINGS, S.D. – The ninth-ranked Baylor equestrian team hit the road to face South Dakota State and Minnesota Crookston to conclude the regular season on Friday and Saturday.

The Friday meet with SDSU will start at 9:45 a.m. CT and the first half of the meet with UMNC will begin at 3:25 p.m. CT at the DeHaan Equestrian Center. The second half of the meet with the Eagles, Reining and Fences, will begin at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday.

The Bears (3-6, 2-4) face the Jackrabbits (2-7, 2-3) and the Golden Eagles (0-9) in BU’s final meets of the regular season.

Last time out, BU beat then-No. 2 TCU in an upset win to conclude the home season, defeating the Horned Frogs for the first time since October 21, 2022.

In Fences for that meet, Juliette Earley scored an 83.5 to beat her opponent’s 79.5. In Flat, Caroline Robelen earned an 84 to beat her opponent’s 77. In Horsemanship, Alexis Rutledge<https://baylorbears.com/sports/equestrian/roster/alexis-rutledge/13305> earned her second MOP in a row with her ride on Vegas, scoring a 75. In Reining, Bella Hehr outscored the Frogs’ 70 with a 71.5.
