  *   Baylor fell to top-ranked UCLA at the Prudential Center in the inaugural Coretta Scott King Classic, 72-57, on Monday afternoon.
  *   The loss was the first for the Bears against the No. 1 team in the nation under Nicki Collen, and the program moves to 2-12 all-time when facing the highest-ranked team.
  *   BU moves to 2-2 on neutral sites in the 2024-25 season after going 2-1 in the Battle 4 Atlantis on Paradise Island.
  *   Baylor’s 27.5% from the floor marked the first time Collen’s Bears were held to under 30%.
  *   Collen is 90-32 in her fourth season leading the Bears.

  *   Collen is 18-10 in the month of January.
  *   Yaya Felder led the scoring efforts for the Bears for the fifth time this campaign with 10 points, getting her 13th double-figure performance.
  *   Darianna Littlepage-Buggs, Bella Fontleroy, Sarah Andrews and Kayla Nelms scored eight each on the afternoon, a matching career-high figure for Nelms.
  *   Nelms’ 17 minutes on the floor was the most of her young 13-game career.
  *   Littlepage-Buggs recorded her 12th double-figure night on the board this season with 10, eight of those coming in the second half.
  *   Fontleroy and Andrews each tied for three assists each, the game-best from both teams.
  *   Aliyah Matharu’s five rebounds were the most in her short time so far in the green and gold.
  *   Baylor used the familiar lineup of Darianna Littlepage-Buggs, Jada Walker, Sarah Andrews, Aaronette Vonleh and Bella Fontleroy as its first five for the 19th time this season.
     *   Littlepage-Buggs is 53-14, Walker is 42-12, Andrews is 87-33, Fontleroy is 37-14 and Vonleh is 16-4 as starters at Baylor.
  *   Baylor stays on the road with another top 10 opponent, facing No. 9 TCU in Fort Worth Sunday afternoon at 2.
