* 19/22 Baylor defeated Colorado, 84-62, in Boulder on Wednesday evening in the Bears’ first game at CU Events Center since the 2011 season.
* With the win, the Bears now claim the previous 10-straight meetings over the Buffaloes, dating back to February 26, 2005.
* BU outscored CU 76-38 in the first three quarters, but a 24-8 fourth quarter deficit for Baylor off just one made field goal brought the final margin to 22.
* Baylor is 11-27 in the Nicki Collen era when sporting a field goal percentage less than their opponent, as CU outshot the Bears 44.2% to 41.5%.
* BU had its ninth game with double-digit 3-pointers made, scoring 14 off 31 attempts.
* The Bears were 76.2% from the charity stripe, at 16-of-21.
* Baylor had 14 turnovers on the evening, seven coming in the fourth quarter alone.
* Bella Fontleroy shot lights out, with six sunk three-pointers and a trio of three throws made. Her 21 points were the third 20-point game of her career and the six rebounds put her over the 500 mark in her career.
* Making her first homecoming to Colorado, Aaronette Vonleh also had her 500th career rebound, grabbing eight boards with 10 points on the night.
* Jada Walker, who exited the game in the first quarter but returned in the second, had 17 points with a half-court three as time was expiring in the second quarter. She ended the night with six assists.
* Fifth-year Bear Sarah Andrews had 12 points with five assists, three steals and three rebounds in her 160th career game.
* Aliyah Matharu had eight points and a season-high seven rebounds with two steals.
* Waiata Jennings scored her first Big 12 points on Wednesday, getting firsts in all three shot categories. Her three rebounds also tied the season-high tally with games versus East Texas A&M, New Orleans and Houston.
* Yaya Felder matched Jennings’ seven points in her second start of the season, getting one from behind the arc.
* Kyla Abraham had two points in the paint with four rebounds.
* Collen is 97-33 in her fourth season leading the Bears, 49-19 in Big 12 play.
* Collen is 27-8 in the month of February.
* Baylor used the lineup of Yaya Felder, Jada Walker, Sarah Andrews, Aaronette Vonleh and Bella Fontleroy as its first five for the second time this season.
* Felder is 3-0, Walker is 49-13, Andrews is 94-34, Fontleroy is 44-15 and Vonleh is 23-5 as starters at Baylor.
* Baylor is back home on Saturday afternoon at 1:30, hosting Iowa State for a nationally broadcast game on FOX.
