* Baylor defeated BYU, 83-71, on Saturday night at Foster Pavilion to enter a three-way tie for the Big 12 lead with K-State and TCU.
* The Bears allowed the second-highest field goal percentage from an opponent at 53.8% (28-of-52), but forced the second-highest turnover total (26) this season.
* BU shot 41.9% from the field with 31 makes, six of those coming from distance.
* The six three-pointers made was the fewest since the game against No. 1 UCLA on January 20, where the Bears also connected on six.
* Starting out eight-of-nine from the charity stripe in the first half, the Bears ended the night at 60% (15-25).
* Baylor won its 20th game on Saturday, extending the second-longest active streak of 20-win seasons to 25. The Bears are behind UConn’s active streak that was just bumped up to 32 consecutive with a 21-3 record this campaign.
* Behind a 26-point, 15-rebound performance, Darianna Littlepage-Buggs scored her seventh-career 20-point game and 10th double-double of the season. The junior ended the night going eight-of-10 from the line after drawing eight fouls with a steal and a block.
* Aliyah Matharu had double-digit points in her third consecutive game, scoring 14 with a trio from three in the first half.
* Off the bench, Yaya Felder continued her streak of games without a turnover, making it six contests and 132 minutes on the court. On Saturday, the senior had 12 points with a pair of threes and four assists.
* Jada Walker dished out eight assists on the evening with seven points.
* Bella Fontleroy scored seven points and connected on one from deep. The junior also had a team-lead three steals.
* Aaronette Vonleh scored eight points with a matching eight rebounds and a steal.
* Kyla Abraham saw nearly 17 minutes of action on the court, going 2-for-2 from the floor with two rebounds.
* Sarah Andrews and Kayla Nelms were each held to two points.
* Collen is 94-33 in her fourth season leading the Bears, 46-19 in Big 12 play.
* Collen is 24-8 in the month of February.
* Baylor used the familiar lineup of Darianna Littlepage-Buggs, Jada Walker, Sarah Andrews, Aaronette Vonleh and Bella Fontleroy as its first five for the 24th time this season.
* Littlepage-Buggs is 57-15, Walker is 46-13, Andrews is 91-34, Fontleroy is 41-15 and Vonleh is 20-5 as starters at Baylor.
* Baylor hosts No. 18 West Virginia at Foster Pavilion on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. CT.
