WACO, Texas -- Baylor football standouts Josh Cameron, Sawyer Robertson and Michael Trigg have earned invites to the 2026 Senior Bowl, to be played at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 31 in Mobile, Ala., on the campus of South Alabama and broadcast live on the NFL Network.

Baylor’s trio are the first Bears to earn invites to the Senior Bowl since defensive lineman Siaki Ika played in the 2022 Senior Bowl.

Cameron, a native of Cedar Park, Texas, completed a decorated career for the Bears in 2025. He finished his 53-game career with 170 catches for 2,236 yards and 19 TDs. As a senior in 2025, Cameron had a career year, catching 69 balls for 872 yards and nine TDs. He finished his career ranked 11th in career receiving yards, eighth in career receptions and eighth in career TDs. His nine touchdowns in 2025 ranked tied for 12th in single-season history and his 69 catches ranked ninth best. Cameron had 52 catches for 754 yards and 10 TDs as a junior.

A native of Lubbock, Texas, Robertson completed one of the best careers for a Baylor quarterback in program history in 2025. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound signal caller threw for 7,616 yards and 61 TDs over his three-year and 30-game BU career. After a season as the reserve in 2023, Robertson took over in game three in 2024 and did not relinquish the starting role. He threw for 3,071 yards with 28 TDs and just eight interceptions during an eight-win season in 2024 that featured a six-game winning streak to conclude the regular season. He followed that with a star-studded season in 2025 that saw him toss 31 TDs, 3,681 yards and rush for three scores. In Baylor career history, Robertson ranks fourth in passing yards, seventh in passing efficiency (140.8), third in completions (599), ninth in completion percentage (60.6), fourth in TDs, fourth in total offense (7,932), fifth in TDs (69) and seventh in TD-interception ratio (2.542). In single-season school annals, Robertson’s 2025 ranks fifth in passing yards, first in completions (304) and fourth in passing TDs. Robertson is a finalist for the Campbell Trophy, which will be presented in Las Vegas at the National Football Foundation’s annual awards dinner on Dec. 9.

Trigg, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound product of Tampa, Fla., became one of the most accomplished tight ends in program history in just two seasons in Waco. He finished his career catching 80 balls for 1,089 yards with nine TDs, ranking first among BU tight ends in yards, and second in catches and TDs. His 50-catch season with 694 yards and six TDs in 2025 saw him rank first in receptions and TDs among BU tight ends, and first in yards. In his debut season, Trigg caught 30 balls for 395 yards and three TDs in 2024. Including stops at USC and Ole Miss, Trigg caught 108 balls for 1,419 yards and 14 TDs in his collegiate career, which spanned 38 games.
