Please see below the weekly media schedule for Baylor football in advance of its matchup with Auburn on Friday at 7 pm. on FOX and the Baylor Sports Media Network.

Press conference with Coach Dave Aranda will be 10:45 a.m. on Monday at the BANC.

Player post-practice availability will approximately 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday in the Allison Indoor Facility. Media will gather in the Allison Facility lobby.

Dave Aranda will be at the Baylor Coaches Show on Wednesday from 6:30 – 7 p.m. at Rudy’s BBQ Waco.

Game Day Policies/Media Services
Media Entrance
The Media Entrance opens three hours prior to kickoff and is located at on the I-35 side (West) of McLane Stadium between the recruit entrance and the Baylor Club Entrance.
You must have your Baylor-issued credential visible at all times inside McLane Stadium. A media outlet ID badge does not guarantee entrance to McLane Stadium to cover Baylor football.

Press Box
The McLane Stadium Press Box is located on the fifth level on the West side of the stadium. From the media entrance, please take the elevator up to the M5 level. The Press Box is a working area and all seats are assigned. Cheering or any other disruptive behavior will NOT be tolerated and violators will be asked to leave. The Press Box will close two hours following the conclusion of the Baylor post-game press conference.

Broadcast Booths
The broadcast booths are located on the Press Box Level on the West side of McLane Stadium. There is an interior stairwell that connects the Press Box and Broadcast Booths and this is the quickest access between levels. Booths located on this level include Operations, BU Athletics Communications, BU Athletics Digital Media, Instant Replay, Game Management, BaylorVision & PA, Home Coaches, Westwood One Radio, Television, Camera Deck (Coaches Film), Visiting Radio, Visiting Coaches and Visiting Athletics Director.

Photo Workroom
The Photo Workroom is located adjacent to the media entrance on the West side of the stadium on the first floor. There are Wi-Fi and hard-wired Internet connections available in this room. We will provide flipcards and bottled water, which you may bring onto the field with you. The pregame meal is available in the press box on Level 5. Please do NOT bring sodas or food onto the field.

Meal and Refreshments
A complimentary meal is served beginning two hours prior to kickoff in the McLane Stadium Press Box. You must show your Baylor-issued credential for access to this room and you are limited to one meal.

Internet
The McLane Stadium Press Box is equipped with complimentary wireless Internet access  (MCLANE-WIFI). Open web browser, enter BaylorBears.com in search bar. If not connected automatically, click “connect” on splash screen.

Sideline Access
You must have a Baylor-issued credential with a “field” level sticker for sideline access, including pregame. Media are NOT permitted to access the Baylor sideline during pregame and must remain on the visiting sideline throughout pregame.

Use the North East tunnel, near the visiting sideline, to access the field and NOT the North West tunnel.

If you are on the field for a media purpose, professional equipment is expected. No tripods are allowed on the sidelines for safety reasons. Those who are covering the game from the press box will not be admitted field access. The dotted photo line is reserved for credentialed photographers, so if you have any issues accessing it please contact a member of the Baylor Communications staff.

Printed & Digital Materials
Flipcards, quickie stats and postgame books are the only printed items that will be made available. Team and conference notes, programs, by-quarter and final quickie stats/play-by-plays, postgame notes, quotes and all other materials will be available at BaylorBears.com/FBNotes. The complete media materials for the 2025 season can be found at baylorbea.rs/FBMedia.

Postgame Procedures
Baylor postgame interviews will be conducted in the Postgame Interview Room located on Field Level near the media entrance.
Following a brief cooling-off period, Baylor head coach Dave Aranda and selected student-athletes will be made available in a postgame press conference. A mult box/audio press box will be provided. The press conference will air on the press box TVs.

For Auburn: Please direct all questions regarding postgame interview procedures for the visiting team to the Auburn communications staff, including Taylor Bryan, located in seats B14-B19. A room is reserved for visiting team postgame interviews on Field Level, located on the Southeast ramp from the field.
