Please see below some pertinent media information related to the Baylor football season. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

CREDENTIALS
Apply for season and single-game credentials for Baylor home games here: https://baylorbears.com/sb_output.aspx?form=1069

We will provide road game credential request information as it becomes available. TCU’s are here: https://www.cubepasses.com/2025-tcu-media-game-by-game-credential-registration/

Single-game and season credentials will be hand delivered, or available for pickup at media will call on Aug. 29, starting at 4 p.m. at the McLane Stadium media will call entrance. Some outlets will operate on a single-game basis, based on availability.

Field access at McLane Stadium is limited to working photographers and videographers and proper credentialed access is required to access the field. Press Box seating is assigned.

MEDIA PARKING
If you have a need for parking, and have not already received it digitally, please reach out to Brent. Some outlets will operate on a single-game basis, based on availability.

WEEKLY PRESS CONFERENCE, MEDIA AVAILABILITY CADENCE
Baylor will hold weekly press luncheon availability on Mondays (11 am) during the season at the Beauchamp Athletics Nutrition Center on the second floor. A diverse selection of lunch options will be provided.

Tuesdays will feature student-athlete media availability, following practice, in the Allison Indoor Practice Facility. Practices will be held in the morning, with a rough estimated ending time around 10:30 am. Following the final open media period and media availability of fall camp on Aug. 15, practices will be closed to the media.

Wednesdays will feature Baylor’s Coach’s Show, live at Rudy’s Country Store and BBQ in Waco. Coach Dave Aranda will be available for 30 minutes, on the week of home games, of the hour-long show, which will also feature other BU head coaches and The Voice of the Bears, John Morris.

Following the Wednesday Coach’s Show, for home games, there will be no more Baylor media availability in a game week until post-game, which will feature Coach Dave Aranda, and as many as four BU student-athletes in the McLane Stadium Media Room.
