MEDIA ADVISORY: NCAA Volleyball Credentials

*MEDIA ADVISORY*

Baylor is serving as the host site of the NCAA Volleyball first and second rounds as the Ferrell Center on Thursday and Friday. The Bears will face Wofford on Thursday at 7 p.m. on ESPN+ and the sub regional championship is set for Friday at 7 p.m.

Please submit all credential requests to brent_ingram at baylor.edu<mailto:brent_ingram at baylor.edu>. Credentials will be available for pickup at the Ferrell Center media will call, adjacent to the ticket office and in the entry lobby of the Stone Room.

Also note, Baylor will hold its pre-tournament media availability in the Ferrell Center Media Room today at 2 p.m. Please reach out to Madelon Allen (madelon_allen at baylor.edu<mailto:madelon_allen at baylor.edu>) with any questions regarding Baylor’s media availability.

Media Services
Baylor uses a computerized statistics system. Working media will receive the following (all of which will be available in the media room):

Team information, ticket information, results, postgame quotes and more will all be posted online at via BaylorBears.com

Thursday, Dec. 5
Match 1 – South Carolina vs. Dayton | 4:30 p.m. CT  | ESPN+
Match 2 – Wofford vs. Baylor | 7 p.m. CT | ESPN+

Friday, Dec. 6
Game 3 – Winner of Match 1 vs. Winner of Match 2 | 7 p.m. CT | ESPN+

Media Will Call
Media Will Call will be open 1.5 hours prior to the first match of the day and close 30 minutes into the second match. Media Will Call will be located at the media entrance adjacent to the loading dock.

Media Parking
There is no reserved media parking for this event.

Media Seating
All floor-level seating is reserved. Media seating is located on risers behind the baseline. Please review the media charts available throughout the media workroom.

Media Work Room
A media work room will be available to all media in the Media Room of the Ferrell Center. Electricity and access to the Internet will be available. A photo compound will be available within the media room. Media guides, notes, quotes, box scores, etc., can be found in the media work room.

Postgame News Conference Area
All coaches and student-athletes will be available for interviews following a 10-minute cooling off period. The postgame news conference will take place in the Ferrell Center media room. There will be signage directing you to this location. The advancing team and at least two student-athletes (but no more than three student-athletes) will report to the interview room after the cooling off period ends, followed by the non-advancing team. For additional interview requests, please notify a communications representative. Photographers
Still photographers will be allowed to shoot in the corner endzones opposite the team benches within Ferrell Center. Photographers may also shoot from the concourses. Photographers are NOT allowed on the playing surface, in front of any media table or in/around/behind the bench areas. Only team photographers and videographers will be allowed on the court. Photographers will need to work from the media work room once they are done shooting.

Media Meals
Media meals will be provided each day in the Ferrell Center media room. A credential is required to access this area.

Media Stats
All matches of the NCAA Volleyball Tournament will be available at www.statbroadcast.com/ncaa<http://www.statbroadcast.com/ncaa>.

Internet Access
Please connect to the Ferrell Center guest WiFi network for internet access.
