WACO, Texas -- Baylor and TFNB Your Bank for Life have renewed their partnership, continuing a long-standing relationship as the Official Local Bank of Baylor Athletics.



“We are grateful for our relationship with TFNB and all they do to support the Baylor Family,” Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Mack Rhoades IV said. “As the Official Bank of Baylor Athletics, TFNB are great partners who are truly invested in the Waco community. Their continued support is impactful to Baylor Athletics’ and our mission of Preparing Champions for Life.”



The renewed partnership will feature a bevy of opportunities for TFNB to support the mission of Baylor Athletics, Preparing Champions for Life. TFNB will celebrate a 10th season of the Charity Champions initiative, which highlights local non-profit businesses that have had monumental impact in the community. The newest Charity Champions honorees include Archway of Hope, Creative Waco, Foster Village Waco, Imagination Library of Waco, JMB Fishing and The Hanger.



TFNB Your Bank for Life will also serve as the football game sponsor for the season lid-lifter vs. Tarleton and the Homecoming clash vs. Oklahoma State.



The McLane Stadium parking lot, where thousands of Baylor fans gather to tailgate in advance of contests, will remain sponsored by TFNB.



In addition, TFNB will expand its partnership to specifically support Baylor’s nationally prominent Men’s Golf program and Acrobatics & Tumbling program, coming off a ninth consecutive national championship.

TFNB was founded as The First National Bank of McGregor in 1889. TFNB is the oldest bank in McLennan County and the seventh oldest national bank in Texas still operating under its original charter and is celebrating its 135th year in 2024. TFNB recently opened its new Woodway branch, marketing its sixth location in McLennan County.
