NORMAN, Okla. – No. 7 Baylor volleyball is set to finish off the regular season in back-to-back matches against Oklahoma on Nov. 23-24.

The Bears are 18-5 overall and 12-2 in Big 12 play, while the Sooners are 10-15 and 4-10 in conference.

Baylor comes to Oklahoma after back-to-back sweeps of Iowa State at home. Lauren Harrison led the team on the weekend with 28 kills. Andressa Parise was a wall against the Cyclones with seven blocks to lead the team, with five in the first match alone.

OU heads into the match coming off two losses against Texas, both finishing in straight sets. The Sooners’ Megan Wilson was named Rookie of the Week on Nov. 16. Oklahoma is on a five-match losing streak and is 3-7 when playing at home this season.

Baylor is looking for its sixth-straight 20-win season in the matches against the Sooners. The Bears come into the matches not moving in either the RPI or the AVCA Coaches Poll, staying at No. 3 and No. 7, respectively.

Hannah Sedwick is close to rising a spot in the career assists rankings, needing just 28 to become No. 5 at Baylor and eclipse Emily Huston. Already the career kills leader, Yossiana Pressley is now tied for first in career attempts at 5,633 with Elisha Polk. She is third all-time in sets played with 506.

As the regular season wraps up, the Bears look toward the postseason, with the NCAA Selection show scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 28, after the Thanksgiving holiday.
