No. 10 Baylor WT Resumes Big 12 Play at K-State Friday
Bears look to remain on Texas’ heels in league standings

WACO, Texas – When Baylor and K-State play in women’s tennis Thursday it will mark the end of a 12-day layoff for the No. 10-ranked Bears. The Wildcats (7-7, 2-3) will host Baylor (17-3, 4-1) at 3 p.m. at Mike Goss Tennis Stadium in Big 12 match play.



Texas is undefeated in the standings at 5-0 while Baylor and Texas Tech at 4-1 and 6-1, respectively, are looking to stay in the race for the Big 12 regular-season championship.



The Bears last played March 28 when Texas beat Baylor in Austin, 7-0. The Wildcats have won two of their last three matches with a 4-2 win at West Virginia, March 28 and a 4-3 win vs. in-state rival, Kansas, April 3.
