 opportunities to learn and grow together\, we are excited to begin an intr
 adepartmental professional development series that will kickoff on May 11 
 and occur twice a semester moving forward.\n\n\n\nA calendar invite will f
 ollow\, but the details are: 8:30 AM on May 11 Baylor Athletics will host 
 a conversation with Jaime and Colin Faulkner. Both proud Baylor alums\, Ja
 ime is the President of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks and Colin is the Ex
 ecutive VP for Sales & Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer for the Chic
 ago Cubs of Major League Baseball. The conversation will highlight themes 
 such as being fan first\, driving revenue\, and exploring translatable les
 sons from pro sports to our current college environment.\n\n\n\nThe attend
 ance expectations for May 11th and these sessions moving forward are simpl
 e\, straightforward\, and as follows:\n\nAll may. Some should. None must.\
 n\n\n\nIn other words\, everyone in the department is welcome to attend. T
 hose who are in leadership positions and/or are actively seeking professio
 nal development opportunities should attend. But there will be no requirem
 ent to attend. We would ask that you please help us prepare appropriately 
 for the audience size by responding with an RSVP to the calendar invite wh
