<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Yesterday afternoon Mack Rhoades informed President Livingstone that he would like to take a leave of absence for personal reasons for approximately the next four weeks. Effective immediately, Cody and I will
serve as co-interim Athletic Directors, in accordance with Mack’s previously submitted emergency succession plan to the University. Please know that University and Athletics leadership are aligned and working together to ensure we move forward without interruption.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">While Mack is on personal leave, President Livingstone indicated there should be no outgoing communication to him, and any incoming communication from him should not be responded to. This is to ensure he has
