<span style="color:black">marks the close of fiscal year 202</span>5, we are taking this opportunity to get a jump start on processing any outstanding expenses occurring between 6/1/24 – 5/31/25.

<p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="font-size:10.5pt">Given the financial pressures (i.e.,
<i>House Settlement, NIL, NCAA deregulation, residual inflation</i>) we continue to face</span></u><span style="font-size:10.5pt">, it is critical we complete fiscal year 2025 processing in a timely manner. Please also note that Monday, May 26, the University
will recognize the Memorial Day holiday, meaning we will have one less processing day in May.

</span>by paying for last season's expenses out of their new year’s budget!</span> If you were expecting a bill, but have not seen it, please call the
<span style="color:black">supplier</span> and have them email you a copy so we can process<span style="color:black"> immediately</span>. If you have not submitted an expense report because you have a question, email or call your Business Office contact and
