a taxable benefit and payroll taxes will be withheld. The taxed percentage will be determined by your tax bracket. These tickets are intended for your personal use and <u>not for resale</u>. </span></i><o:p></o:p></p>

Tickets cannot be traded or bartered for goods and services. Tickets cannot be given to prospective or current student-athletes. Violations of the Complimentary Tickets policy could result in the loss of complimentary ticket privileges as well as possible
termination of employment for misconduct.</span></i><o:p></o:p></p>

tickets are a taxable benefit resulting from employment by Baylor Athletics. The Ticket Office is required to report the actual value of complimentary tickets received by the staff member to the Athletics Business Office. Complimentary tickets are subject
to the same withholding rules as regular compensation. </span></i><o:p></o:p></p>
