Spam Email Awareness

If you received the attached email this morning, please disregard it. Although it appeared to come from Doug, the message was another phishing attempt and was not sent by him.

As a reminder, with the growth of AI, we've seen an increase in these types of emails and texts recently. Please take an extra moment to review unexpected messages carefully, particularly those that create a sense of urgency or request personal information, passwords, gift cards, financial transactions, or other sensitive information.

If you receive a suspicious email please forward it to abuse at baylor.edu<mailto:abuse at baylor.edu> so Baylor's Information Security team can review it.

We appreciate everyone's continued vigilance.
