Action Required: 2026-2027 University Athletics Title IX Reporting Certification meeting

Athletics Staff-

Today, you will receive three calendar invitations for the mandatory 2026-2027 University Athletics Title IX Reporting Certification meeting, which will be conducted by the University Equity Office. You are only required to attend one of the three available sessions. Please accept the calendar invitation for the session you plan to attend.

The available sessions are:

Option 1: July 21, 9:00-10:00 a.m., Fred Miller Team Room
Option 2: July 28, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Fred Miller Team Room
Option 3: August 4, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Fred Miller Team Room

This annual certification meeting is required to ensure compliance with Baylor University's reporting policies and must be attended by all employees each academic year. Attendance will be recorded.
