Could you send out this all-staff email regarding Baylor Athletics Staff Title IX Employee training (below). Additionally, could you send out the following calendar invite:

CALENDAR INVITES PLEASE SEND OUT AFTER ALL STAFF EMAIL:
Option 1: July 21, 9:00am- 10:00am, Fred Miller Team Room
Option 2: July 28, 11:00am-12:00pm, Fred Miller Team Room
Option 3: August 4, 11:00am-12:00pm, Fred Miller Team Room

(Could you please reserve the Fred Miller Team Room in Simpson for these dates)

Athletic Staff-

Today, you will receive three calendar invitations for the mandatory 2026-2027 University Athletics Title IX Reporting Certification meeting, which will be conducted by the University Equity Office. You are only required to attend one of the three available sessions-please accept the calendar invite of the session you plan to attend.

This annual certification meeting is required to ensure compliance with Baylor University's reporting policies and must be completed by all employees each academic year. Attendance will be recorded.
