Volunteers Needed-NCAA Women's Golf Regional @ Ridgewood

We are excited to host an NCAA Women’s Golf Regional at Ridgewood Country Club, May 11-13. We are looking for volunteers to help create an incredible and successful event for both the Baylor Women’s Golf team and the visiting student-athletes. The main volunteer positions needed (listed in order of priority):

● Walking Scorers: These individuals will walk all 18 holes with one group, entering scores in a mobile app at the completion of each hole. Volunteer shifts will last around 5 hours, beginning between 7:15 am and 9:15 am.
● Spotters: These individuals will be stationed on certain holes to help locate balls and/or notify players on the tee box when the previous group has cleared the fairway. Volunteers may want to bring their own chair and possibly an umbrella for shade. Shifts will last 3-4 hours.
● Runners: These individuals will take completed score cards from holes 9 and 18 from the scoring tent to the clubhouse. Shifts will last approximately 2-3 hours.
