McLane Stadium Operations Update | Sent on behalf of Henry Howard

Athletics Department Staff,

Effective 6/1/25, the Athletics Department will manage the daily operations of McLane Stadium.  The Baylor Club will continue to be operated by OVG - Invited Clubs.  While the Athletics Event Management & Facilities team has been coordinating Baylor Football home games and High School Football games with the help of many campus partners and stakeholders, we are excited about managing the daily operations at McLane Stadium.

The attachment lists the points of contact for each Athletics facility.  The point of contact for McLane Stadium is Drew Pittman.  Drew will be assisted by Chris Baima for McLane Stadium audio visual (AV) matters and Merrill Bouyer for maintenance concerns.  Let Drew or me know if you have any questions concerning McLane Stadium repairs, maintenance, grounds work, janitorial services, lighting schedules, access requests, or graphics.  We appreciate your support during this transition and look forward to partnering with you at McLane Stadium.
