Dear Baylor Athletics Travelers,



Effective May 7, 2025, all adult passengers must show either a REAL ID Certified Driver's License or valid Passport before boarding any domestic commercial or charter aircraft. A REAL ID Driver's License is generally signified by a star verification mark on the front of the card in the upper right corner. Please take this opportunity to ensure your state issued identification meets TSA requirements, as after this date in May, if you do not meet this criteria with your ID you will likely not be permitted to fly unless you have an alternate form of identification with you.

A valid Passport will be required for travel, even if on a domestic flight, if you do not have a license that meets Real ID requirements.

We would also like to introduce you to a new travel tool that is being adopted and used by Anthony Travel and shared out to clients should they be interested.

TripIt is a Concur product and mobile app that has a free version offered (See below). The goal of TripIt is to enhance the travel experience by providing additional itinerary support including trip reminders, trip tracking and travel updates, and trip changes if/as needed via the app.



TripIt has emerged as a leading supplier of this type of technology, and they have helpful resources for end users like all of you out on the road and following itineraries.

**Important** - If you choose to download the free version of this app, upon registering, please ensure that your Baylor email address is used to sign-up as any reservations made by Anthony Travel or via Concur are set to go to your school domain. Taking this step will ensure that you are receiving all of your trips on the app. If you register using a personal email, and a flight is booked and sent to your Baylor email, you will not automatically receive the itinerary in your TripIt app.
