ACTION REQUESTED: Great Colleges to Work For Survey

Dear Athletics Staff,



Over the past couple of weeks, you received emails from President Livingstone and Human Resources inviting you to participate in the Great Colleges to Work For survey. As we strive to enhance our institution's culture and working environment, I want to emphasize participation in this survey. Your feedback is crucial in helping Baylor Athletics understand how we can continue to improve and create a positive experience for all members of our community.  Survey deadline is Monday, March 31.



The survey will provide valuable insights into areas where we excel and areas where we can focus our efforts to make meaningful improvements. Whether you are a staff member or coach, your perspective is important to us. Your responses are confidential with only aggregate information shared.  The survey should take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete.



To access the survey, please use the unique link provided in the email sent to you (search Great Colleges in your email). Again, the survey will be open until March 31, 2025. Your participation is strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated.
