PREPARING CHAMPIONS | Guest Speaker Sabrina Little

As part of the Preparing Champions<https://baylorbears.com/news/2024/7/31/general-truett-seminarys-faith-sports-institute-to-partner-with-baylor-athletics-to-strengthen-christian-character-formation-for-student-athletes.aspx> grant project initiated this Fall, Athletics staff and coaches participated in three "Lunch & Learn" sessions focused on the virtues-based research from The Examined Run: Why Good People Make Better Runners by Sabrina Little. Sabrina Little is a 5-time US Champion and World Championship silver medalist trail and ultramarathon runner.

On February 12, Baylor Athletics, in collaboration with Truett Seminary’s Faith & Sports Institute, will welcome Sabrina Little to campus. Sabrina will lead a session at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, where she will discuss her book and take part in a Q&A session on how building strong character can lead to better athletes. All Baylor Athletics staff and coaches are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
