IMPORTANT UPDATE: Winter Weather Advisory - January 9-10

Athletics Department Staff:


Baylor University announced a shift to remote work (Telework) starting tomorrow, Thursday, January 9, through Friday, January 10.  Staff are permitted to work remotely during this time and should communicate with their supervisor should anything change with their schedules. Please be mindful of our student-athlete and sport program needs including how to continue to provide support whether working remote or if needing to work on campus.  We ask you to communicate first with your supervisor and use extreme caution while being watchful of road conditions should you need to travel to campus.


REGARDING TEAM ON-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES...We will prioritize sport programs in their championship segment with any additional adjustments for team's schedules and facility access being communicated with the facilities staff and the SPA. We ask that on-campus activities and access to facilities begin no earlier than 10:00am and effort should be made to conclude activities by 5:30pm (both Thursday and Friday).  Please be mindful of team activity start times and the impact of road conditions on support staff needing to arrive on campus before student-athletes.



We will provide updates should any changes need to be communicated.
