Auburn Gameday – Parking & Ticket Reminder

Athletics Staff,

I hope this note finds you well as we continue into an exciting week. Following up on the President’s email from last week regarding Auburn gameday preparations, please note the following athletics-specific parking updates:


  *   Parking attendants will be on site at the Simpson lot beginning at 8 am on Friday. To gain access to the lot please inform the attendant you work in Highers. This lot will then close at noon. All athletics staff without a Simpson gameday parking pass will need to relocate their vehicles to the Ferrell Lot at that time.



  *   Athletics staff will need to use their Ferrell gameday parking pass (included with your season tickets) to gain access to the Ferrell lot. If you do not yet have a Ferrell parking pass, please request one from Jarrod Trevathan by end of day TODAY, Tuesday, August 2g.

Employees may discuss with their managers whether on-campus work will be required or if work can be performed from home for all or part of the day.

University Parks will shut down somewhere between 4 and 5 pm on Friday so please plan accordingly.

Please be mindful that any spot marked as “Reserved” or “Athletics Staff Guest” should not be utilized for general parking.

A quick reminder on tickets: if you have season tickets and have not yet downloaded them, please visit baylorbears.com<https://baylorbears.com>, log into your account, and access your tickets now. Should you run into any issues logging in, Matt Johnson is happy to assist.

We know a weeknight game brings its share of extra campus congestion, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through the added activity.

Thank you for your flexibility and teamwork as we prepare for another memorable gameday. We couldn’t do this without your dedication and support. Let’s show up strong as we welcome our first SEC opponent to McLane Stadium for the Blackout on the Brazos.
