2025-2026 Baylor Athletic Employee Compliance Packet

As an employee for Baylor Athletics, you will be receiving your 2025-2026 compliance employee packet to sign and submit through Teamworks. The packet consists of 13 forms required for submission in conjunction with our athletic department attestation that our AD, Mack Rhoades signs each year. Please fill out all forms and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to our office. These forms are due by August 25.
