Athletics Staff -

As we do each year, the Event Management & Facilities (EM&F) staff has reviewed our organizational responsibilities, split of duties, and day-to-day operating assignments.  Please refer to the attached Event Management point-of-contact and Facilities point-of-contact documents for the EM&F staff assignments.  These assignments were made in an effort to improve communication, create efficiencies, and promote accountability.  Please contact the staff member assigned to your respective department for assistance.  We will continue to strive to become a stronger and more efficient unit for those we serve.

These assignments are effective August 1.  If you have any questions, please contact Henry Howard directly.  Thank you for your time and all you do to advance the mission of Baylor University and Baylor Athletics.
