HR Action Required: FMLA/ADA Training

Athletics Staff –

You should have received an email from HR on July 15th with instructions to complete FMLA/ADA training in Ignite. This is a required training all Baylor employees must complete. The timeline to complete your training is July 15 - August 15.


  *   The purpose of this course is to help Baylor’s faculty and staff understand their rights, responsibilities, and necessary actions with both the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
  *   It will equip managers on what to do if an employee has a need for FMLA or ADA and what those entail.
  *   This is a priority at the Board of Regents level that all faculty and staff complete the training.
  *   The course should take around 10-20 minutes to complete.

You will be receiving weekly reminders from the Athletics Department through August 15th to ensure we remain compliant with university expectations. Please do not procrastinate.
