I am immensely proud of the excellence you all strive for daily and the care you provide to both the Baylor fan base and all of our sport programs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Given the ever-shifting landscape of college athletics and ongoing refinement of our leadership structure, and coming out a several months long search, we have finally filled our two open positions in a slightly
adjusted model.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This afternoon, we will announce Chris Park as Executive Senior Associate AD for External Affairs and Business Development. This role will have direct oversight over all areas previously outlined under the
Revenue Generation role, to include Bear Foundation, Ticketing, and “B” Association while managing the relationships with Athletics Major Gifts and Baylor Sports Properties (Playfly). This role will also oversee Baylor Brand engagement, which includes Branding
and Creative Services, Athletics Communications and Marketing/Fan Engagement.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Also to be announced this afternoon is the elevation of Justin Hoff to Senior Associate AD for Brand Engagement. In this role, Justin will oversee the brand engagement areas outlined above and report directly
to Chris Park, while remaining a part of my senior leadership team.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Finally, we will also celebrate the addition of Hans Malebranche, who is backfilling Jake Baskin’s role as Assistant AD for Major Gifts/Senior Director of Development and publicly announce the elevation of
Chris Lynn in his current role of leading the Bear Foundation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Bean, a search will commence soon to backfill that role, and in time, Justin Hoff will also backfill the role he is vacating.
