<div dir="auto">I've become very reclusive and a family at war and other programmes from the past fill a void. If changed so dramatically but one thing came from mothers' death, my dad and I who had barely spoke with since I was about 21 have become a little
closer and I think mother would be pleased. I think Edwin was a good father but he has not really been a favourite character despite him being in it till the end. He was often harsh with David, though. The black sheep I identify with a little.</div>

It's lovely to hear of others getting some kind of comfort from the show. Life seems to me more difficult in Many ways than the war years. Families, though separated through war service were lovely and close. It's the heart of the show. The family.</div>

<p dir="ltr">TPTV helped me through my Mum's death in 2017 and recovery from a hip operation which I had 3days after her funeral. Such a difficult time died Mum just before Mother's day and her birthday , also my birthday was the day after funeral. TPTV was
definitely my comfort blanket and still is my go to cost time.<br>

less side effects. A full run through can take a few days back-to-back and when I have problems with sleep, I Get up to watch an episode.</div>
