<div dir="ltr">We're moving on to Lesley Nunnerley and Ian Thompson - Margaret Ashton and her husband John Porter.
<div>20 years ago I had difficulties finding Lesley and Coral Atkins so when I got in touch with Ian Thompson I asked him if he knew where to 'find' Lesley and Coral. As you can see he was not able to help me. Still he very friendly signed my two photos.</div>
<div>Through mysterious ways I got in contact with Lesley in 2007 and she sent me quite a long letter. Apart from asking about signatures on photos I had also asked her some questions about her experiences when doing AFAW. As you can read she gave me the most
wonderful and tactful 'no' when it came to sharing memories from that time. I was surprised that she had never even seen AFAW - neither when it was first broadcasted nor later. Lesley was very generous and sent me one of her personal photos with a signature
(Lesley and Barbara Flynn) together with the ones I had sent to her.</div>
<div>I don't know if Lesley is still with us, but in an earlier email here in our group Robin Stopford wrote, that he thinks she is.</div>
<div>Ian Thompson unfortunately died in 2022.</div>
