Venus. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">He plays a gay librarian, though of course that is never quite stated, but he wears a silk dressing gown, likes Japanese decor and is visited at home by an older, well-dressed man. I don’t know
how controversial such a character would have been at that time, but after the law change in 1967 perhaps just a bit.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
