In the new scene (after repeating last series’ concluding scenes to catch viewers up), the dialogue between Sefton and Pringle goes on 10 seconds longer, in which Sefton further downgrades Edwin (“not as popular with the men”) as he suspects, correctly, that Pringle may hire him away!<br><br>Holy editing, Batman! Why trim 10 seconds?<div><br></div><div>Anyway, the Dutch version runs 51 minutes, whereas the Acorn version runs 50:30, even though only a 10-second trim was made. Opening and closing seconds account for the remaining difference. </div><div><br></div><div>So far, I don’t trust published timings.<br><br></div>
