Yes. Although I liked her at times, felt sorry for her, she was never strong enough and played games almost like he did. That man she met in Southport hung around a long time. I see in Sheila character aspects of my sister who was sub-servient to
Her husband and still is today though there at least still together. Coral was a competent actress but her attitude and moods annoyed as much as David's did really.
You felt the fondness Jean had for her brother, very well played out. As said before Shelagh Fraser was both my mum and my favourite character too.
