[Veit, Richard]

John Savident, who died on 21 February 2024 at the age of 86, was a marvelous character actor. His credits include "A Clockwork Orange," "Coronation Street," and literally hundreds of other titles, both in television and motion pictures.

I would recommend his quirky appearance in a brilliant film from 1988 called "A Summer Story." In it, he plays the rather small role of a finicky bank teller who unintentionally changes the main character's entire life.
