Oh no!  That’s so sad, it is news I dreaded hearing although things had gone very quiet the last couple of years so I did wonder.

It’s lovely to read his long awaited autobiography will finally be published though.

One of our best writers who wrote about real people’s lives and their highs and lows that resonated around the world - especially with AFAW.

RIP John, one of the best!
