I haven't seen any of that series, Richard, but remember him in 'Upstairs,
Downstairs,' where he played (I think) an Australian soldier. In fact, he
was in an awful lot of television things.

Major Harkness. This was in 1972.

I have been watching the series "DCI Banks" (2012-2016). In ten episodes,
Keith Barron plays Arthur Banks, father of the title character, DCI Alan
Banks.
