Roy Russell (“Towards Victory”) is credited as the writer of Episode 40 “Take it on Trust” in which Ian and his former wife and current fiancé and mother prowl around one another. Staff writer, I presume.

 

Kathleen Baker turns up on Google as having adapted another serial set of characters into a novel. Nothing on the other Kathleen, Potter.

I was always reluctant to raise this topic, as I tend to believe it encroached on Mr. Finch’s copyright ownership of characters. But, well, here it is, exposed to cruel sunlight. Perhaps someone who has reliable information (Mr. Renforth? Mr. Finch?) can report on this issue. Ah, television! Ah, humanity!
